Exchanges and Returns
Bio-Kleen Products, Inc. guarantees your satisfaction with every product we carry when used as directed. We will replace any product with a more suitable one for the application, or refund the purchase price, less shipping and handling (if applicable), upon the return of unused, sellable portion of product and proof of purchase within 30-days of the purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bio-Kleen Products purchases; however, in the event you need to return an item to us, please use the following guidelines and we'll make immediate arrangements to issue you a refund:
Contact Us and provide the following information:
- Your full name and contact information
- Date of Purchase
- How you purchased the product (Our website, retail store, etc.)
- Detailed product information (name, size, etc.)
- Reason you are returning the product
We will then issue a pick-up call tag through UPS and wait for the return of unused product (this only applies to direct sales from Bio-Kleen Products, Inc. If you purchased from another retailer, the return must be initiated through that retailer).
Please make sure to keep all packing material and documentation in the event any of your purchased items need to be returned.
Items may be returned for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 30 days of date of delivery. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of date of delivery.
Notice: Credit To Credit Card Accounts May Take Up to 30 Days From The Time We Receive The Product(s)
