Track Your Orders
If you provided your email address during the order
process, you will receive your tracking number and delivery
confirmation via email. Once your order has been shipped, you may
also request a UPS tracking number. You'll receive an e-mail notification within 48 hours of placing your request (see our Order Processing Time Policy above). If you place your order late in the day (EST) on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, though, it may take a little longer.

Costs for shipping are based on UPS pricing. Our site is
integrated with UPS and checks shipping rates according to your specific order and shipping destination.

Shipping Options
We ship all orders via UPS. You may choose from Second Day Air, Next Day Air, or Ground Service when you finalize your order's shipping information.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Canada, Alaska and Hawaii Customers: In order to
alleviate some of your shipping cost, we will ship your
orders via United States Postal Service. Place your
order online as usual. Your credit card will not be
charged. We will email you back your new total with USPS
shipping.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival to you,
DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment. If, after opening your
shipment, you find that you have received damaged or
defective merchandise, please
Contact Us within 5 days of receipt of delivery for a Return Authorization Number.
