When Will My Order Ship?
If your order is
placed before Noon (12pm) Eastern
Standard Time on a Business Day (Monday-Friday), excluding
holidays, all
in stock items are typically shipped the same day. If the
order is
placed afternoon, all in stock items
are typically
shipped the next business day.
How Long is Shipping Time?
Service
Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. This
map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times. Please
allow adequate order processing time (24-48 hours).

Will I Receive Tracking Information?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive your
tracking number, shipping confirmation and expected delivery date via
email. Once your order has been delivered you will also receive a
delivery confirmation via email as well.
Shipping Costs
Costs for shipping are based on UPS pricing. Our site is
integrated with UPS and checks shipping rates according to your specific
order and shipping destination. We charge our cost for shipping,
no handling or extra fees.
This allows you to:

- Compare total shipping charges for
different UPS service levels
- Save money by choosing the right
shipping option that suits you
Shipping Options
We ship all orders via UPS. You may choose from UPS Ground
(UPS Standard for Canadian Orders), 3 Day Select, Second Day Air, or
Next Day Air when you finalize your order's shipping information.
UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Canada, Alaska and Hawaii Customers:
In order to alleviate some of your shipping
cost, your order may be shipped via United States Postal Service. Place
your order online as usual. We will determine the most effective and
economical shipping option and contact you via email regarding any
changes in cost. UPS Standard shipping costs to Canada have been manipulated to reflex the actual cost of shipping via United States Postal Service, but sometimes the cost may vary.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival to you,
DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment. If, after opening your shipment, you find
that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please Contact Us within 5 days of receipt of delivery for a Return Authorization
Number.
