Track Your Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you may request a UPS
tracking number. Your tracking number will be sent to you
via e-mail. You'll receive this e-mail notification within
48 hours of placing your request (see our Order Processing
Time Policy above). If you place your order late in the day
(EST) on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, though, it may take
a little longer.
Shipping Costs
Costs for shipping are based on UPS pricing. Our site is
integrated with UPS and checks shipping rates according to
your specific order and shipping destination. This allows
you to:
Find accurate service and rate information from UPS
Compare total shipping and handling charges for different
UPS service levels.
Save money by choosing the right shipping option every time.
Shipping Options
We ship all orders via UPS. You may choose from Second Day
Air, Next Day Air, or Ground Service when you finalize your
order's shipping information.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival to you,
DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment. If, after opening your shipment,
you find that you have received damaged or defective
merchandise, please e-mail us at
service@biokleen.com
within 5 days of receipt of delivery for a Return
Authorization Number.
