When Will My Order Ship?Every effort is made to ensure your order is processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order. Please allow shipping time in addition to processing time. In the event there is

No Shipping Days and Holidays
There are some days and holidays throughout the year when there is no shipping service available:
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thursday, Thanksgiving Day
- Friday, day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day, or previous or following weekday if falls on a weekend
- New Years Day, or previous or following weekday if falls on a weekend
How Long is Shipping Time?

map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times. Please
allow adequate order processing time.
Will I Receive Tracking Information?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive your
tracking number, shipping confirmation and expected delivery date via
email. Once your order has been delivered you will also receive a
delivery confirmation via email as well.
Costs for shipping are based on UPS and USPS pricing. Our site is
integrated with UPS and USPS and checks shipping rates according to your specific
order and shipping destination. We charge our cost for shipping,
no handling or extra fees.
This allows you to:

UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you choose to ship your order via UPS they will not except a shipping address to a P.O. Box. Please choose USPS Priority to ship to a P.O. Box.
Canada Customers: Orders will be shipped via UPS Standard. There is a $10 Flat Rate Brokerage Fee at the time of delivery directly to UPS for all orders under $200. Orders valued over $200 have a brokerage fee based on value, starting at $45.60. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) in order to pay these charges, eliminating the need for cash on delivery.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival to you,
DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment. If, after opening your shipment, you find
that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please Contact Us within 5 days of receipt of delivery for a Return Authorization
