I am very pleased with this product. I was looking for something that was safe for septic tanks, environmentally responsible, low fume, and worked. This was it! My problem has been eliminating mineral buildup below the waterline. I used it according to directions for tough stains, letting it soak for 5 minutes before brushing, and it immediately dissolved any of the buildup in the dry areas like the rim. In the wet areas, quite a bit came off but even with scrubbing, it needed to soak a second time after which it was absolutely spotless with minimal brushing. No odor whatsoever. Wore gloves and safety glasses as a precaution due to the caustic warning on the label. Used about 4 ounces each round so half the 32 ounce bottle is gone already, if I’d known that I would have bought the gallon instead. Where other store cleaners have failed or made me choke with fumes, Bowl Kleen worked like a breeze! Highly recommend!!
